Delete Your Account

Send an email to info@olula.mn from the email address linked to your Olula account, with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include:

• Your username
• The email address or phone number registered to your account

We will verify your identity and permanently delete your account within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, username, email, phone number, profile photo)
• Your posts, comments, and chat messages
• Your community memberships and activity history

We may retain limited data where required by law, to resolve disputes, to enforce our Terms of Use, or to prevent fraud and abuse. Such data is kept only as long as necessary for those purposes. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• Any active paid memberships will not be refunded automatically; contact us before deleting if you have questions about your membership.
• If you only want a break, you can simply log out instead of deleting your account.
